No refunds on digital downloads

All sales of digital products are final. Once a file has been downloaded or made available for download, we are unable to offer a refund. This is standard practice for digital goods and is consistent with consumer protection regulations for digital content.

When we will issue a refund

We will always make it right if the fault is ours. We will issue a full refund or replacement if:

How to request support

Duplicate purchases

Personal use licence (included with every purchase)

Your personal use licence allows you to:

• Print the artwork for display in your own home
• Print multiple copies for different rooms in your home
• Give a printed copy as a personal gift to a friend or family member
• Use the digital file on your personal device as a screensaver or wallpaper

What is not permitted

• Reselling or redistributing the digital files in any format
• Printing and selling physical copies of the artwork
• Using the artwork on merchandise (mugs, phone cases, tote bags, etc.)
• Using the artwork in commercial spaces without a commercial licence
• Using the artwork in advertising, marketing, or promotional materials
• Sublicensing or transferring the licence to a third party
• Using the artwork in AI training datasets or generative AI systems
• Claiming authorship or ownership of the artwork

Licence comparison

Commercial licence

A commercial licence is required for any use beyond a private home — including Airbnb properties, offices, hotels, restaurants, spas, retail spaces, and any other commercial environment. Commercial licences are available on a per-image basis or as a collection package.
