Everything you need to know about how your files are delivered and what happens if something goes wrong.
How delivery works
Immediately after your payment is confirmed you’ll receive an email containing a secure download link. Your files are also permanently available in your account under Downloads — you can re-download them at any time.
Files are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs or PDFs, sized for professional print at up to 40×60 inches at 300 DPI.
What you receive
- One or more high-resolution image files ready for printing
- A licence confirming your rights to print and use the artwork
- Access to re-download from your account at any time
Printing your artwork
We recommend printing with a professional lab for the best results. Popular options include:
- Online labs — Printful, Gelato, Printify (global, delivered to your door)
- Local print shops — Most copy shops and photography labs can print from our files
- Home printing — Works well for smaller sizes (up to A3 / 12×16″) on photo paper

Refund policy
Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds on completed purchases as a general rule.
However, we will always make it right if something goes wrong on our end:
- Corrupted or incomplete file — we’ll resend immediately
- Wrong file delivered — we’ll correct it within 24 hours
- Technical issue preventing download — we’ll resolve it or issue a full refund
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll refund the duplicate charge.
Commercial licensing
All purchases include a personal use licence. Orders over $100 automatically include a Commercial Licence. For other commercial licensing enquiries please get in touch or visit our Gallery Wall Sets page.
