All prints are delivered as high-resolution JPG files at 300 DPI or higher. This ensures crisp, gallery-quality results at any standard print size. Some prints also include a PDF version optimised for professional print labs.
Our files are sized to print beautifully from 5×7 inches up to 24×36 inches and beyond. Each listing specifies the included file dimensions and recommended maximum print size. For very large prints (over 30 inches), we recommend using a professional large-format print lab.
Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files at any time from your My Account page under “Downloads.” No waiting, no shipping — your files are ready instantly.
You can download your purchased files up to 5 times from your account. We strongly recommend saving a backup copy to your computer or cloud storage immediately after downloading, so you always have access to your files.
First, check your spam or junk folder — our emails occasionally get filtered. If you still can’t find it, log in to your My Account page where your downloads are always available. If you’re still having trouble, contact us and we’ll resolve it promptly.
For best results, we recommend using a professional print lab. Popular options include Mpix, Nations Photo Lab, and Printful for standard prints, and CanvasChamp or CanvasPop for canvas prints. Your local print shop can also produce excellent results — just ask for their fine art paper options.
It depends on the technique. For our darker collections — Muted Canvas, Gilt Edge Canvas, Silver Grain Film — we recommend lustre or satin fine art paper, which handles deep blacks and contrast beautifully. For lighter, warmer collections like Botanical Meadow and Weathered Fresco, cold-press watercolour paper gives a lovely textured, painterly result.
Yes — all our files are suitable for canvas printing. This looks particularly stunning with the Impasto Linen Canvas and Botanical Meadow collections, which are specifically designed with canvas texture in mind. We recommend a matte or satin canvas finish rather than glossy for the most authentic look.
Frame choice depends on the technique. Dark natural wood or black frames complement Muted Canvas and Silver Grain Film perfectly. Gilt or antique gold frames work beautifully with Gilt Edge Canvas. Light natural wood or linen frames suit Botanical Meadow and Impasto Linen. When in doubt, a simple thin black frame works with almost every collection.
Our standard licence covers personal use only — printing for your own home or as a gift. Commercial use, including use in rental properties, offices, hotels, or any public space, requires a separate commercial licence. Please contact us for commercial licensing details and pricing.
No. Our prints are licensed for personal decorative use only. Printing on merchandise, mugs, phone cases, tote bags, or any product for resale is strictly prohibited without a commercial licence agreement. Using our art for resale without a licence is a violation of copyright.
Because digital downloads are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds on completed purchases. If you experience a technical issue with your file — corrupted download, wrong file, or missing content — please contact us within 7 days and we’ll resolve it promptly.
Each purchase covers a single household. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the digital files to others. If someone else would like to use the print, they’ll need to purchase their own licence. This protects the integrity of our work and ensures we can keep creating.
Each of our eight techniques is a complete visual language — its own colour palette, texture system, and emotional register. They’re not just different styles applied to the same images. The technique determines the subject, the mood, and the room the print belongs in. A heron in Smoke & Ink Wash is a fundamentally different object to a heron in Silver Grain Film.
A quick guide by room: Living room — Muted Canvas or Gilt Edge Canvas for drama, Botanical Meadow for warmth. Bedroom — Impasto Linen or Weathered Fresco for softness, Carbon Sketch for intimacy. Study or office — Smoke & Ink Wash or Silver Grain Film for focus and calm. Bathroom — Silver Grain Film or Carbon Sketch work beautifully in smaller, monochrome spaces.
We develop new techniques carefully and only add one when it brings something genuinely distinct to the collection. New prints within existing techniques are added weekly. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when new techniques launch — subscribers get early access before the general release.
